Try to sleep in a position that does not allow your chin to point downward, towards your neck. Snoring is caused by an obstruction of your airway and so what you need to do is keep your chin either up or straight. They also have these mouthgaurds that help with snoring because sometimes snoring is caused by the tongue falling too far back into your mouth. I would suggest seeing a physician if it is too bad or if these two things do not help you. Sleep apnea is caused by snoring and if left untreated can become a serious issue.
There is also a mouth piece that you can use in pharmisist stores like cvs or a hostpital
References :
experience
