How do you make your friend stop snoring?

We share the same bed and she snores so loud that I can not ever sleep. Which is why I am awake at 1:12 am asking this question.
The first thing your friend must understand about snoring is the lack of muscle control. That’s really what it all boils down to. When s/he goes to sleep, their muscles all go limp. This causes their tongue to fall back closer to the back of throat. Just as their jaw falls open and puts a lot of pressure on the throat. Basically the throat starts to thin and that causes the air traveling through it to go at a much faster speed. It is this speed that leads to intense vibration and the sounds they hear.

my dad also snore at the night,you can tell her that adjust her sleeping posture.Or let she do some relaxed exercise. the person who snores means she or he very tired in the daytime.

Try making her sleep on her side. People snore more when they sleep on their backs. Also, use a humidifier. It will help to reduce night time congestion, which will reduce snoring.

i heard that eating a banana before bed eliminates snoring

you can buy a patch that goes on your nose to make them stop snoring.
