sleeping in separate rooms?
Ok my husbands snoring has got n so bad lately that i find myself having to sleep down stairs on the couch and i missed sleeping with him for awhile but now i am kind enjoying it i don’t ave to yell at him to turn the tv down stop snoring give me some blankets and all that stuff plus being a stay at home mom i want alone apiece and quite. now when i try to sleep next to him i get anxious just case im comfy and i know hes going to start snoring and it can be so loud i cn hear him down stairs i have a sleep apnea tes scheduled. but my main question is dam i a bad person Ive suffering a Dee depression and i want to in a quite stress free spot. I hopefully one day can share a bed just any advice i know im just babbling thanks for reading

well you gotta do wha tyou gotta do to get a nights sleep
but i would get your husband to goto the doctors cause really heavy snoring could be health issues sometimes.

You’re not a bad person for wanting to get a solid night of sleep. My ex use to snore so bad and I would end up on the couch.

Been there done that, and believe it or not it has nothing to do with the snoring or loud tv, there are issues with you n your husband, for some reason you are not at peace with sleeping near him. I know I have been there done that! get help and find urself-ur kids need you!

I agree with seeking for help. I would hate to see your husband find happiness with someone who can sleep with snoring.

Thumbs down me all you want. Snoring runs in my family and I have seen this happen before.

He need help just take him to a doctor and see what possibilities are there for treating the problem of sleep apnea. An effective treatment eliminates snoring and apnea, that i think is a better solution. Why are you worrying there are treatments just use them…
